Albert started his carriers as an Additional Assistant Master in the office of the Master of High Court in 2007 and rose through the ranks to become Additional Assistant Master of the High Court by August 2004. His responsibilities included the appointment and supervision of company liquidators, judicial managers, curators, trustees, and executors.
In August 2004, Albert left the Civil Service and joined the KPMG Zimbabwe as a Restructuring Officer where he specialised in curatorship, liquidations, judicial managements (now business rescue) arranging schemes of compromise, administration of deceased and insolvent estates, and the execution of wills. He was involved in the curatorship of banks and asset management companies, including managing their liquid assets.
From November 2006 to October 2011, Albert was an articled clerk at KPMG where he got his training in Audit and Accounting. His career included the audits of financial institutions, the mining companies, educational institutions, the manufacturing sector, telecommunications, parastatals, and non-governmental organisations.
Albert left KPMG in November 2011 and in March 2013 he founded Tokwane Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, specialising in the administration of deceased estates, liquidations, corporate rescue, and the execution of wills.
