Pauline is a Deceased Estates Administrator. She has 23 years experience in the administration of deceased estates including Curatorship and Judicial Management.

Her vast experience has seen her undertake high profile assignments in Zimbabwe and beyond. Pauline is a registered member of the Council of Estate Administrators.

She is the Managing Director and founder of Generations Executor Services (Pvt) Ltd. Pauline is also a trustee of several private trusts. Prior to opening her own practice, Pauline worked for several Law Firms in Zimbabwe.

Pauline represents the Deceased Estates Administrators on the Council.

Albert started his carriers as an Additional Assistant Master in the office of the Master of High Court in 2007 and rose through the ranks to become Additional Assistant Master of the High Court by August 2004. His responsibilities included the appointment and supervision of company liquidators, judicial managers, curators, trustees, and executors.

In August 2004, Albert left the Civil Service and joined the KPMG Zimbabwe as a Restructuring Officer where he specialised in curatorship, liquidations, judicial managements (now business rescue) arranging schemes of compromise, administration of deceased and insolvent estates, and the execution of wills. He was involved in the curatorship of banks and asset management companies, including managing their liquid assets.

From November 2006 to October 2011, Albert was an articled clerk at KPMG where he got his training in Audit and Accounting. His career included the audits of financial institutions, the mining companies, educational institutions, the manufacturing sector, telecommunications, parastatals, and non-governmental organisations.

Albert left KPMG in November 2011 and in March 2013 he founded Tokwane Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, specialising in the administration of deceased estates, liquidations, corporate rescue, and the execution of wills.

Reggie Francis Saruchera is the founder and Lead Partner of Grant Thornton in Zimbabwe with over 30 years of experience in Commerce & Industry and in the profession.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), a Registered Public Auditor and Accountant (RPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), a Registered Estate Administrator, Business Rescue Practitioner, Judicial Manager, Curator and Liquidator. Reggie spent 10 years in commerce and industry, rising through the ranks in a number of organisations to reach the position of Finance director.

Thereafter, he left to set up Grant Thornton Zimbabwe (formerly Camelsa Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe) in 1996.

Reggie is a renowned business turnaround strategist & practitioner focusing on mergers & acquisition, corporate finance & recovery, business rescue, re-organisation, and reconstruction of medium-sized and large corporations & financial institutions. He has handled some of the largest Corporate rescue, reconstruction and re-organization assignments in the country.
